Full Refund
On eligible items
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear with hygiene liner removed)
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards

Contact Us
Email us at slakklakr_hoff@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Get Authorization
We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label.

Pack Your Items
Securely pack items in original packaging with the RA number clearly marked.

Ship It Back
Drop off at your nearest carrier location using the provided shipping label.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item(s) for free (standard shipping on exchanges is complimentary).
Simply follow the return process above and indicate your preferred replacement item. If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
